The cast of BRUCE The Series.

BRUCE The Series is the multi-award-winning black comedy series that has brought the convict colonisation of Australia to vivid, brutal, hilarious life. It tells the tale of Australia’s first share house – a convict tent in Sydney Cove, 1788 – and the thoroughly modern Bruce, who stole a loaf of bread to follow his girlfriend Daisy to the arse-end of the world, only to discover that 18th century penal colony romance is… complicated.

Bruce and Garry.

Created by director Tony Rogers (Wilfred, How To Talk Australians) and writers Warwick Holt (The Project, Good News Week) & Mat Blackwell (Good News Week, The Glass House), and produced by Jason Byrne (Brothers' Nest, How To Talk Australians), this ground-breaking original series was funded by Screen Australia.

Winner of 23 awards, from 65 nominations, with 27 festival selections in 14 countries.
